Empowering Futures: Telkom University's Commitment to Equal Education and Graduation Opportunities

At Telkom University, our mission goes beyond education; it’s about creating opportunities and transforming lives. Every year, our commitment to equal education is evident through our diverse student body and remarkable graduation achievements.

Diverse Student Body:

In 2023, Telkom University welcomed 10,864 new first-generation students, making up a significant portion of our total student population, which stands at 16,230. This reflects our dedication to providing education to individuals from various backgrounds, with 66.94% of our students being first-generation learners. Among these, 6,521 were women, constituting 40.18% of the total student body, and 4,190 of these women were first-generation students, representing 64.25% of our female students.

Graduation Achievements:

Telkom University celebrated the graduation of 8,369 students, marking a significant milestone in their educational journey. Among the graduates, 3,823 students excelled in STEM subjects, including programs from the faculties of Informatics, Applied Science (excluding Hospitality and Marketing Programs), Industrial Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. Additionally, 4,546 students graduated in the fields of Arts, Humanities, and Social Projects, encompassing faculties such as Economics and Business, Applied Sciences (Hospitality and Marketing), Creative Industries, and the Faculty of Communication and Business.

Empowering Women:

Of the total 8,369 graduates, 3,600 were women. Within this group, 1,197 achieved excellence in STEM subjects, contributing significantly to fields traditionally underrepresented by women. Furthermore, 2,403 women graduated in the areas of Arts, Humanities, and Social Projects, showcasing their remarkable achievements in diverse fields of study.
