Telkom University continues to strengthen its commitment to advancing lifelong learning and digital innovation by ensuring that education and technological knowledge remain open, inclusive, and accessible to all. Through a series of digital platforms, strategic global collaborations, public training programs, and certification initiatives, the university promotes skill development not only for students and lecturers but also for the broader public community. This aligns with Telkom University’s mission to support the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education and SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure by empowering individuals through continuous learning and technological advancement.

Open Digital Platforms and Global Collaborations

To enhance learning accessibility, Telkom University provides several open platforms such as All Learn and ElevAIte, which allow participants from various backgrounds to engage in free online learning activities. These platforms feature self-paced modules, interactive webinars, and hybrid workshops that focus on digital transformation, management, and education technology.

Expanding its reach globally, the university collaborates with major international and national online learning platforms such as Udemy, XuetangX, SPADA, and the ICE Institute. These partnerships provide diverse learning pathways and ensure that knowledge resources are accessible to a wider audience, supporting both personal and professional growth.

Through the All-Learn (Inclusive Learning for All) initiative, Telkom University provides accessible education for people with disabilities, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and local communities across 28 provinces. This initiative is carried out in collaboration with Udemy, XuetangX, SPADA, and the ICE Institute, reinforcing the university’s commitment to inclusive and equitable education for all learners.

Flagship events such as the Online Learning Share Fair (OLAF) and Workshop Online Learning (WOL) connect educators, students, and professionals to exchange best practices in digital education. These programs serve as collaborative platforms for knowledge sharing and digital pedagogy development.

In 2025, the university expanded its outreach through public webinars on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Subsea Connectivity, and Metaverse Technologies strengthening Indonesia’s digital ecosystem and fostering national collaboration in technology innovation.

Complementing these efforts, Telkom University also held the SDGs Innovation Exhibition Anniversary, which showcased student and research innovations aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals. In parallel, the Innovillage 2024 Product Showing & Awarding event celebrated outstanding community innovation projects addressing real-world social, environmental, and economic challenges across Indonesia.

Structured Certification and Measurable Impact

In addition to open-access initiatives, Telkom University offers structured and competency-based certifications that enhance professional capabilities and digital literacy. These include:

• Certification in Administration of Learning Management System (CALMS);
• Certification in Content Development (CeConD); and
• CeLOE Video Crew Certification (CeLVi).
