Public services in Langonsari Village have certain shortcomings and unmet needs. Telkom University students introduced innovative updates to the village's public service system through the Omnichannel CRM WhatsApp Business API. The aim is to improve the quality and accessibility of public services for the people of Langonsari Village. Omnichannel CRM WhatsApp Business API is a customer relationship management (CRM) system that uses the WhatsApp Business API as one of the primary communication channels. Omnichannel CRM allows organizations to integrate customer data from various digital communication platforms into a single platform. This innovation was developed as part of Telkom University students' participation in the Innovillage program, a student activity program aimed at addressing community issues in line with current technological advancements. The innovation team consists of D3 Information Systems students, including Andri Junaedi, Glen Davis Kusuma, and Renaldi Dafa Saputra. The students were directly supervised by a lecturer from the Faculty of Applied Sciences, Wardani Muhamad, S.T., M.T., throughout the innovation development process. The application development went through several stages, including analyzing Omnichannel CRM WhatsApp Business API technology, determining the necessary requirements to implement this technology in Langonsari Village, and coordinating with the supervising lecturer and Langonsari Village officials. This innovation was well-received by the residents as the village officials could manage public services online through a single platform and WhatsApp number. This reduced their workload and sped up responses to public requests. Moreover, village officials could measure service satisfaction levels using the CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score), which can improve the quality of public services in the future. The community also benefited from easier access to village services via WhatsApp, as well as new business opportunities through broadcast messages.
