Open Library: Your Gateway to Knowledge and Learning

Open Library provides access to external users in terms of resources, activities, and facilities, including:

1. External parties can utilize the library’s digital resources by signing up using their email and accessing the digital collections according to the applicable regulations.
2. Open Library offers Telkom University e-Proceedings (collections of academic journals by students and faculty) that are directly accessible to the general public.
3. It provides open learning content in the form of Open Courseware (OCW) that is openly accessible to the general public as an effort to enhance the quality of education by providing open access to educational resources, curriculum, and learning materials through videos, materials, and assignments in OCW materials.
4. Open Library conducts regular literacy activities accessible to the general public to support Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially goal number 4, which is quality education.
5. Telkom University Library (Tel-U Open Library) grants access to the general public (non-Telkom University members) to use library facilities according to the regulations in Telkom University Library Rules. The library provides computer facilities that can be used by library visitors (both Telkom University members and non-members).
