Telkom University always provides assistance to start-ups that encourage and support low-carbon economy/technology through innovation and business incubation programs organized by Telkom University’s Bandung Techno Park. There are several innovation products and startups in the field of low-carbon economy/technology, namely:
- Hestia, with its smart lamp system product
- TelUrator, with waste incinerator products
- Jubelo, with waste management products
- IEMS (Intelligent Energy Management System), with a product system for monitoring energy use in a building and area
- Langit Biru with pollution detection system products and carbon particle levels.
Apart from that, Telkom University also has several studies related to low-carbon technology which are the forerunners of energy-based startups, including:
- Smart Zero Waste Bio-Thermal Conversion Reactor
- Design and Construction of a Smart Waste Reactor (SWR) as an Internet of Things and Smart City Based Waste Power Plant to Support Go Green and Zero Waste in the Telkom University Environment
