Desa Tarumajaya Raih Penghargaan Desa Terbaik 3 pada Ajang Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan Award 2025

Desa Tarumajaya, Kabupaten Bandung, berhasil meraih penghargaan sebagai Desa Terbaik 3 dalam kategori Desa/Kelurahan pada ajang Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan Award 2025. Penghargaan ini diberikan sebagai bentuk apresiasi atas komitmen desa dalam memperluas perlindungan jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan bagi masyarakat, khususnya para pekerja di sektor informal. Capaian ini sekaligus menunjukkan keberhasilan Desa Tarumajaya dalam menghadirkan inovasi, meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat, serta memperkuat kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak dalam mendukung program perlindungan sosial yang berkelanjutan.

Peran PT Telkom Indonesia Dorong Pemberdayaan Perempuan Penyintas Kekerasan di KBB

Program pemberdayaan perempuan penyintas kekerasan di Kabupaten Bandung Barat didorong melalui pendampingan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan guna mendukung SDGs 5, 8, dan 17. Inisiatif ini terselenggara berkat peran utama PT Telkom Indonesia melalui program TJSL yang turut memperkuat digitalisasi dan ekosistem AI, khususnya bagi entrepreneur perempuan, sekaligus memperingati Hari Kartini.

Menumbuhkan Jiwa Kewirausahaan Melalui Kreativitas dan Inovasi di Market Day 2025

Market Day 2025 di Telkom University memberikan wadah bagi mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan kreativitas dan inovasi dalam kewirausahaan. Dengan tema “Creative Entrepreneur for Endowment Fund”, acara ini tidak hanya menjadi ajang bagi mahasiswa untuk mengasah keterampilan bisnis, tetapi juga sebagai kontribusi nyata untuk mendukung keberlanjutan pendidikan melalui Endowment Fund. Dengan partisipasi 3.525 mahasiswa dari 22 program studi, Market Day 2025 mendukung visi Telkom University untuk menjadi Entrepreneurial University.

Telkom University’s Innovillage programme extends sustainability education beyond the classroom by empowering students to develop technology-based solutions to social and environmental challenges in local communities. Through collaboration with industry partners, universities, and local organisations, the programme has supported hundreds of social innovation projects across Indonesia, promoting inclusive learning, community resilience, and sustainable development in line with SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).

Telkom University strengthens employee well-being through professional counseling, mental health training, workplace wellness initiatives, and digital support via the Naluri platform. With 82% of its workforce registered on the platform as of 25 June 2026, these efforts promote a supportive work environment, help employees manage stress, and contribute to SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being) and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth).

Telkom University Strengthens Employment Practices Through Living Wage Commitment and Social Security Protection

Telkom University, under the Telkom Education Foundation (YPT), supports decent work through a structured remuneration system and employment social security protection for employees. By establishing formal compensation policies and participating in five BPJS Ketenagakerjaan programs, these efforts promote employee welfare, financial protection, and responsible human capital management in line with SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth).
